Along with the rest of my team, I administrate approximately 100 networked Macintosh and Windows computers, printers, scanners, large-format plotters, and provide support for A/V classrooms in the School of Architecture and Planning. In addition, we are the IT help desk for the school, handling equipment reservations and checkouts, hardware and software purchasing/licensing, and support for personal computers and other technology belonging to faculty, staff, and students.For several years, I also managed the Department of Architecture's Rapid Prototyping Lab. The RPL was eventually spun it off into its own entity.

While a student, and for several years after, I worked with Apple system engineers and account executives improving Apple's presence on MIT's campus. I ran demonstrations, marketing events, and training sessions. I also worked with my fellow campus representatives from other universities during larger events.

As the assistant to the dorm's House Manager, I managed day-to-day running of the dorm for students, and its summer hotel services for conference guests.

One of three salespeople, I demonstrated and sold used, factory refurbished, and discontinued laptop computers.
