Accountable for Allianz life insurance sales across the 26-state East territory. Drive consistent growth in gross life insurance production, total placed policy volume and business quality (as measured by placement ratio). Work with a focused key relationship group of 24 IMOs/BGAs, select B/Ds and Million Dollar Round Table-caliber insurance producers to increase both volume and quality of company production.Additionally responsible for:- Leading and setting tactical direction for territory Regional Sales Director and Senior Internal Wholesaler- Providing opportunity for professional growth of team members (leading to staff promotions for all three previous territory internals to external sales and marketing positions)- Personally conducting several thousand hours of producer and wholesaler development training delivered via office visits, live training presentations, conference speaking engagements (both main platform and breakout session) and web seminars

Served as primary external sales resource for 7 Tier One insurance distributor relationships. During short period of time in this role (as company exited the product line in November 2009), worked to grow Tier One accounts' Allianz sales, recruit and onboard new distributor relationships, and ultimately support LTCi agent and distributor relationships through product discontinuation process.Continue to support in force LTCi block of business when inquiries related to the product line or LTCi distribution arise.
