Selected as a camper for Kode With Klossy, a prestigious program offering free, intensive coding camps aimed at underrepresented genders in STEM. As an intern in the Imaging/Photography department at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, I collaborated closely with senior staff and interns across departments to co-organize "Teens Take the Met," a global virtual event involving over thirty community partners. Additionally, I worked alongside a senior imaging department employee, gaining insights into augmented reality for museum exhibitions.Throughout my internship, I was entrusted with various photography projects, capturing images at events and for the Met. I regularly submitted photos to the senior photography employee for weekly feedback, honing my skills and techniques in photography and visual storytelling.Furthermore, I had the privilege to coordinate and participate in a block party with Civic Practice Partnership Artist-in-Residence Miguel Luciano, celebrating the exhibition Cemí-Libre at Hope Community Inc.'s Galería del Barrio.
