Logan A. White Email and Phone Number
I am a fifth-year student North Carolina State University pursuing a B.S. in Physics with minors in Computer Programming and Mathematics. My passion has always been the night sky, and my interests center around computational astrophysics and observational astronomy. I am currently researching the nucleosynthesis and observables of core-collapse supernovae with Dr. Carla Frohlich at my home institution. I also work on research on dark matter structure and halo mass functions through cosmological simulations with Dr. Vera Gluscevic and solar physics with Dr. Viacheslav Sadykov through Georgia State University and COFFIES. Outside of physics, I serve as a science mentor and advisor in NASA L'SPACE's Mission Concept Academy. STEM outreach and education is also a passion of mine: I have spearheaded several introductory coding workshops in my community, and am always looking for new opportunities to share science with others!
