From the early days of working as a journeyman to being promoted to a foreman overseeing both residential and commercial projects, I have always been driven to learn and grow in every opportunity that comes my way.After a rewarding stint in the aviation industry, I felt a strong urge to explore my entrepreneurial aspirations, which led to the establishment of Adaptive Homes. Building this venture from the ground up was a challenging yet deeply fulfilling experience, and we were fortunate enough to secure financing for our pioneering Net Zero duplex pilot project.I am passionate about effective project management, which led me to pursue and achieve a Gold Seal Certification from the Applied Project Management Institute in Victoria, B.C. This knowledge empowers me to contribute significantly to the success of Adaptive Homes, not only in strategic business planning and financial management but also in marketing our innovative projects.Beyond my role as a co-founder and lead strategist, I take an active part in various aspects of our operations, including quality control, procedure documentation, and nurturing strong customer relationships. This hands-on approach ensures that we continuously improve and exceed our clients' expectations.Moreover, I value the enriching experiences of collaborating with indigenous communities and attending indigenous leadership courses at the esteemed Banff Center. These encounters have broadened my horizons and strengthened my commitment to fostering a culturally inclusive and socially responsible organization.At Adaptive Homes, we are dedicated to crafting high-performance, eco-friendly buildings that utilize green products and low/no VOC materials.
