About Logan Barbour
A large portion of my work experience has been within the firearms and archery industry. Within the firearms industry, my parents used to own Top Gun Shooting Sports in Taylor, MI. This gave me the opportunities to learn and fulfill many different positions including retail salesman, shipping and receiving, firearm instructor, and range officer. Even though I was not granted the title of assistant manager, I helped facilitate managerial duties as a key figure on the sales floor working to guide employees that had questions in solving their problems. I also learned in-depth about our POS system as well as the sales system associated with invoices. In the archery industry, I was a technician, retail salesman, and head of department. I facilitated product ordering as well as upward and downward managing of tasks when needed.
