-Led 11 day backing trips and 4 day whitewater canoeing in Banff National park. -Responsible for managing remote backcountry hazards such as avalanches, wildlife, hypothermia and injury.- Led trips of up to 16 people

-Led a team of 30 volunteers to set up and run Queen's Engineering Orientation Week which has a budget of $150,000.-Assembled fencing ,scaffolding, tents, sound systems, and electrical wiring in order for week to run.- Operated on strict deadlines that were down to the minute.- Received Award for safety from Queen's University for best risk management.
