Hello, my name is Logan Boyce. I am currently a sophomore at The University of Texas at Dallas in Richardson, Texas, set to graduate sometime in mid-2024. Though my major is undeclared now, I soon plan to go into Business Pre-Law. Growing up, my parents instilled into me and my 3 siblings the values of hard work and dedication; values that have guided my family since the time of my grandfather, who worked for his entire life to save up enough money to allow all of his children and grandchildren to go to college. These values and watching my father enjoy a long and successful career have inspired me to pursue a business major here at UTD. I hope that the knowledge I gain during my time here will be highly beneficial during my career as a businessman. I am also fascinated by many of the new and exciting technologies emerging over the past decade, particularly in the fields of engineering and computer science. I’m always searching for the newest in cutting edge innovation in my spare time. Many of these new technologies, such as 3-D printed houses and quantum computers, could revolutionize how people live while being highly profitable for those who are smart enough to harness their potential properly. As newer and more innovative technology is revealed, I will always think of incorporating it into my plans.
