I leverage research, modeling, and critical problem-solving skills to develop solutions for increased productivity and efficiency.An Alumni of the College of Idaho, I started my career in a tech startup, where I saw growth from an entry-level supervisory role up to a corporate analyst. I thrived in the startup culture where I could provide value by wearing a number of different hats. During my time stint in the startup world, I had some level of experience in Data, BI, Operations, Logistics, Management, Sales, Lead Generation, Project Management, and Process Engineering. I loved being able to constantly learn new skills while providing value wherever it was needed.In my free time, I coach High School and College sports. I love providing mentorship and leadership to kids and young adults. With sports acting as a medium, I work with my athletes on college and trade school decisions, admissions, career development tips, and interpersonal skills. Helping young person reach their potential is more rewarding than any on-the-field success. I am a lifelong learner, who takes pride in my ability to learn and adjust on the fly. I love working in a team environment, where I can provide value to my teammates as well as my organization. I am also very independent: self-motivating and able to identify the best way for myself to complete tasks. My goal is to one day to move into a leadership position, where I can assist in building a healthy and collaborative team & culture to best accomplish an organization's goals.
