-Evaluated vendor quotes to determine cost effectiveness and quality of parts for salvage, ensuring optimal procurement decisions-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of non-conformance issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize future occurrences and associated costs-Enhance inventory management oversight to reduce non-conforming categories by creating and optimizing workflows, as well as developing comprehensive reporting-Project manage consignment stock for a high-profile customer in adherence to Letter of Credit agreement terms-Increase product availability around the globe while controlling inventory growth

-Perform administrative functions including order processing and invoicing, creation of purchase orders against thefactory, creation of workorders, and machine release for 200-600 orders a month.-Validate machine inventory including review of current machine orders to push or pull-out orders pending vesselschedules, build plans, or lead times.-Assist sales team with tracking shipments, rate quotes, assisting customer’s needs, billing and invoicing questions.-Run, analyze, verify and complete required reports in SAP and manage spreadsheets.
