Juggling cake making, order taking, answering the phone and making sure the front freezer is full of different ice cream snacks takes multitasking to a new level. Summers are especially demanding, when it is hot and there are lines out the door, it becomes my responsibility to keep the store running smoothly and motivate my co-workers to keep working hard.
