Project maintenance on my person assigned projects.Making sure that all documentation follows the QMS standards for auditing purposes.Doing quality checks on all vendor and engineering documents to make sure they meet the minimal requirements in order to be issued.Currently the back up for every project weather it be BP, Anadarko, Shell. I have willing taking on this responsibility to gain more knowledge in my role.Sending overdue notices to Clients and Wood personnel to make sure reviews get completed on time.Learning new system and adapting so we can achieve our goal and give outstanding delivery to our clients.Creating and compiling data books electronically.

Exxon MWCS Project - Placed on project to handle all Vendor documentation. Received and issue documentation. Vendor Matrix. Problem solve with Engineers. Issue documentation straight to the client. Issued all weekly overdue reports, and all weekly progress reports directly to project management.Exxon Kizomba Satellites June 19 2011 thru Aug 2 2012 - Building the Engineering documentation books for the clients. Uploaded documentation into our systems which included Fusion. Created a 20,000 document manifest for a bulk upload into our oracle systems. Problem solving with the Engineers and Drafters. transmitted documentation straight to the client. Issued and transmitted all Engineering As-Built documentation
