I have progressed quickly from my time as an apprentice train dispatcher, to an extraboard dispatcher, to owning a relief job, and owning multiple 2nd and 3rd shift desks. As a Senior Consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton my goal was to improve operational effectiveness for training at the 338th Combat Training Squadron for Data Link Operators. This was done in two ways.
