I spent three years as the Program Manager for the Athletic & Personal Development department at IMG Academy. I assisted the Director in all of the day to day operations, managing and overall scheduling for our APD department. Some duties in include:- Assisting with the day to day operation of over 55 staff currently in the department from physical conditioning, mental conditioning, athletic training, nutrition & leadership - Adding PTOs for all employees to overall calendar- Coordinating room assignments or locations for all sessions, meetings and guests.- Booking travel through egencia , trip approval requests and organize guests travel, transportation - Tours, Day to day operations of our two training facilities , cleanliness of training facilities- Overall scheduling for physical conditioning, nutrition, vision, mental conditioning & all APD classes. We helped create and individualize hundreds of schedules per week for our campers. We also helped organize and greeting for all our Total Athlete classes. After a year in the clubhouse, I became a Florida Operations Intern where I learned all aspects of operations in minor league baseball.
