  Worked at Viking Plastics as a contract machine operator. Main responsibilities included operating heavy machinery; assembling, sorting, and packaging plastic car/plane parts; and maintaining an orderly and sanitary workstation. This job also required heavy lifting, long periods of sitting and standing at press machines, and constant (often repetitive) movement such as operating manual press controls or a touch-screen control panel to assist with automation. Occasionally assisted coworkers by providing instruction and proper resources to promote a positive environment and workflow.This experience allowed me to build effective time management skills so that I could maintain consistent output over extended periods of time, and I was also able to improve my skills in a cooperative setting because I was able to train and assist other team members in producing a satisfactory product.
