Oceanside Beach Rental is a boutique family-owned and family-run business. With over 35 years of combined property-management experience we currently manage 17 beautiful beach vacation rentals in Oceanside, California along the gorgeous Southern California coastline. As a boutique rental company, we're better able to select the properties we want to represent and pair each guest and family with a vacation rental that truly suits their specific needs. In addition to working with each guest, we work closely with our homeowners to ensure their beach homes and vacation rentals are well-maintained and managed.

• Sell and manage events to clientele with budgets exceeding $25,000 for over 350 attendees• Analyze market trends and create event packages based on research • Create promotional and marketing materials for new clientele• Engage in creative planning and staffing for all club events• Work with vendors to negotiate pricing and contracts• Develop and maintain relationships with new and returning clients and vendors• Manage weekly, monthly and yearly event calendars• Hire, train, schedule and supervise event staff members
