• In an intern team of 2, conducted a job analysis for the Wonderlic Customer Support Group. The information was used to create job descriptions and suggest selection, training, and performance needs.• In an intern team of 3 we further went on to outline the most important competencies for the customer success team and create behavioral based job aids for that team. These behaviors were used to design a performance appraisal survey for the team.• Worked on a big data project where the goal was to identify patterns, differences, and potential issues between ONETs search engine and Wonderlics. Using ONETs data and Wonderlic’s data I created a tool in excel that allowed me to compare the outputs and identify differences at a glance.

I reviewed applicants through Lakeshore’s applicant tracking system (ATS) by scoring their resumes and conducting phone interviews. I scheduled in-person interviews for ones that received high scores on the phone interview.Researched new ATSs for Lakeshore to move to, participated in demos, and presented a list of potential ATSs to leadership. For one of the jobs I conducted a job analysis and used it to create a selection system for that position. I edited and wrote job descriptions, as well as researched any recruiting topics my supervisor needed.

Oversaw and managed a team for all route setting and maintenance at the Maggie Daley Park outdoor climbing wall.

I was an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Rhodes lab for 2 years before I became a Research Technician. In this role I led an experiment where we were tracking anemonefish sex change over the course of a year and analyzing changes in the brain, blood, and gonads. I also trained new undergraduate lab members. Midway through this role, I was promoted to Lab Manager where I kept track of hours, assigned tasks, as well as scheduled lab meetings, organized cleaning rotations, handled inventory and waste pickup.
