As the General Manager at ThirdPool Recruiting, I direct supplemental digital recruitment marketing strategies for high-profile real estate companies in over 50 markets across the United States. Specifically, I execute much of the product development and marketing strategy for our organization.ThirdPool Recruiting is a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) firm that provides recruitment sourcing/job advertising, candidate engagement tools, and CRM functionality built specifically for real estate companies, brokerages, and teams. My focus extends to two main areas: Recruitment Marketing and B2B Marketing. On the recruitment side, I source several thousand applications every month for a wide range of clients in the real estate industry. On the B2B marketing side, I create and execute paid search, social, and display ad campaigns in addition to the design effective marketing and sales flows.I'm keen on making data-driven decisions, and led the charge in our organization to implement Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager and other data tracking services into our recruitment advertising solutions.
