Having five years of management experience and with a background in psychology, I can effectively communicate with anybody. Managing 70+ employees in five different departments has been a new experience for me. It is one big machine that needs continual maintenance to perform at our best and provide the best service for our residents. In addition, I work well individually or in a team environment. I find great satisfaction in setting and accomplishing goals. I am adaptable to any situation and learn quickly to become a contributing employee to the organization.
