Engineering Manager for the ECI Salt Lake City office. Responsible for managing and overseeing engineering and design efforts for multi-discipline electric power projects. Role includes overall scheduling and engineering resource allocation as well as measuring, monitoring and improving performance related to engineering quality, coordination, reporting, workflow processes and consistency of operations within a program environment. Experience as a Senior Project Manager include directing multi-discipline engineering teams completing design for bundled substation and transmission line projects, both within an EPC program environment and a traditional Owner's outside engineering role. Also provide technical design expertise and oversight as well as oversight of quality control/assurance processes for associated projects and design teams. Experienced Transmission Line Engineer and Project Manager experienced in voltages ranging from 15 kV through 765 kV including greenfield and brownfield line design, feasibility studies, line routing, and line rating with core competencies in structural and foundation design of transmission assets. . Have conducted projects in all stages from conception thru completion as well as represented an Owner with emphasis on material procurement, bid/award processes and construction support.
