Currently in this role, I am responsible for leading safe and meaningful backpacking adventures in California's backcountry. I guide groups of adults on multi-day trips, covering 4-10 miles in a day and inviting various forms of nature connection. In addition, I also cook for groups, ensuring dietary needs are honored. I a certified Wilderness First Responder and am therefore responsible for health and safety as well.

I fostered a positive culture of celebration and support during my tenure, emphasizing employee successes and empowering peer-based support. Previously in this role, I supported the educational needs of students through program management. La Comunidad que Construimos (LCQC) is an official Peruvian NGO. The educational mission was to help children in Peru fulfill their individual potentialities and maximize their social and emotional growth from early childhood – through English teaching and after-school programs. Their self-esteem and personal development served as a top priority. LCQC volunteers work with around 370 children and their family in Simon Lozano Garcia School in Trujillo, on the northern coast of Peru.
