As an instructor with Conditioned Response Training LLC. (CRT), I enjoy tailor making training for specific agencies and groups according to their needs. Have experience in bridging gaps in generational differences and especially how to motivate the upcoming generation of employees and what motivates them. Contribute articles quarterly to the CRT newsletter on various topics from defensive tactics, weapons instruction, to leadership, ethics, and goal setting.

- Help to facilitate new hire onboarding, communicate, and coordinate with Training Coordinators to accomplish training goals and proactively monitors the team’s training progression, online training compliance and demonstrations- Follow the training method of feedback, explain, show, involve, practice, teach back, and certify.Create an environment that promotes motivation and supportive feedback- Act as a subject matter expert, provides input on improving processes and resources, troubleshoot, and remove barriers- Participate in multiple practical process improvement projects which include development of work instruction documents for several new processes, develop the curriculum for the training and implementation of these new processes.- During the above practical process improvement projects, work closely with management, engineering from multiple departments, quality control, and various other departments and multiple sites to enable continuity between all team members and ensure a quality product for our customers.

As manager of a growing small-business, I spend much of time conducting sales both face-to-face and over the phone. This includes time in the storefront as well as out and about meeting with local businesses discussing the needs of their vehicle fleets and how we can best help them do their jobs efficiently and save money with quality service and preventative maintenance. Also spend time researching parts suppliers, pricing options, and managing inventory. To better understand workflow, I spend time outside with employees helping them with their work orders and gaining an understanding of how to best help the team, and thereby, better help our customers receive the best service possible. When needed, would work outside on work orders of my own and/or shop equipment upkeep.
