*Residential BIM-CAD drafting using Chief Architect X15 software*Performing as-built measure on site then producing to a full as-built drawing.*Drafting initial remodel designs based on information provided by clients*Working with clients to design their project in a way that is functional, structurally sound, aesthetically appropriate, within budget, and up to code with the relevant jurisdictions.*Producing a full set of construction documents to company and jurisdictional standards to be submitted for engineering notes and then sent to permitting.*Drawing Site Plans based on available information; including available surveys, site inspection, available satellite imagery, and local GIS information.*Working with clients to determine what items would best help them reach the WSEC requirements for their project.*Researching regulations and codes relevant to project jurisdiction.
