In charge of guarding and protection the materials and equipment within Moore's Solar Farm. I was an administrator to 4 guards working 24/7 security and also dealt with scheduling and client-office contacts.

As a Site Security Supervisor, I worked closely with the client to ensure that the customer was getting the satisfactory service that they were paying for. Worked with 7 guards under me on a 228hr/week site.

Maintained security regulations required by both the Department of Homeland Security and the United States Coast Guard during the cruise seasons in Alaska at the seaports of Whittier and Seward The Patient Transport Officer positioned ensured that mentally restless and unstable patients were transported to the Alaskan Psychiatric Institute (API). The officer would receive a dossier with a brief description of the patient’s mental stature and the reason why they were to be sent to API. The officer would then fly to the city where they were located and take a taxi to the hospital and take custody of the patient, sometimes restraints were required. Then fly back to Anchorage and Taxi the patient to the facility. The position also required that the officer be armed and that the officer ensured the safety of the facility and its patrons over my own.A Field Supervisor would screen calls for the main office after hours and conduct nightly patrols and inspected daily operations of routine security patrols to articulate more thorough efficiency.This officer also coordinated a security plan and executed perimeter security and Animal Protection for the film site working closely with an Animal Planet film crew in Glennallen, AK in the wilderness. There were unsurly neighbors who were a constant disruption but I used my Mandt Training to deescalate the situation and come to an agreement to stay off the property.

Assisted more than 30 English and Spanish speaking contractors daily in securing materials for projects. Utilized computer model generator to design and craft over 100 decks to customer specifications. Successfully operated wall saw, forklift, trash compactor, reach lift and a baler. Improved customer satisfaction and increased productivity resulting in increased weekly shift hours.

Held many different roles in both the front of the house and back. Dealt with many cash transactions daily.Mainly, as a server my main role was to provide the guest with a memorable experience and customer service unrivaled by any previously visited restaurantIncreased the average Guest Service Index, which was the overall happiness of a guest with their service, of the entire store by 7% and with that helped the store increase their sales budget by %13.5 percent in the final year of my employeement.

Hired on as a part time Road Course Attendant and my ideas of streamlining safety on certain issues led to fulltime management of two go kart tracks, one bumper boat pool, batting cages and a putt putt course.Implemented ideas such as pitting procedures and attendant placement for the races increased rider turnover and overall faster pace of race (less time spent stopped to clear wreckage).Managed and scheduled 14 employees who loved working for me. As there were employees inside the main building who tried very hard to get on my crew. I assisted in overall and preventative maintenance for all attractions. This experience helped me acquire skills in Welding and Small Engine repair as well as operating light machinery.

My role was to tear down pre-existing structures to make room for the carpenters to build and fine touch the renovations while he was working, assisted in jobsite clean-up as well as being a job site blueprint reader. Learned a great deal in Safety as well as effective methods of lifting and ingenuity to maximize results and minimize stress on myself and workers alike. Diagnosed problems, contacted customers and discussed repairs, cost and importance of repair, and then ordered parts and/or performed the work with the carpenters.
