As a construction estimator on the residential side I am responsible for reviewing the adjusters estimate for any missed elements to complete the job. At that point I create my estimate on what it is going to take for the job to be completed with zero hold ups. On the commercial side, I over look the contractors blueprints, and identify what needs to be included to give them a pricing on what it is going to cost for the job to be completed. That helps them know what to bid on the project, and at times it can be after they are awarded the project and just need to know the cost of certain materials or labor for what they need to have done.

Responsible for supervising my team to see that they were completing all their task and setting up meetings with insurance adjusters. Once the meeting was in place I would meet the adjuster at the customers house and show them all the damage to get the roof purchased. I dealt with insurance companies daily in getting claims filed.

I was on the rental production side, where I was in charge of all of our equipment, delivery, set-up inventory and invoices. I also assisted in shop duties as needed. Out in the field I managed a thru-bore unit that calculated the condition of the piping as we pulled it out of the hole.
