Recruiter Lead - Application Development
CurrentLead a team of recruiters both in office and remotely with a focus on application development.Recruiter Lead Responsibilities Include: • Onboarding and development of up to 3 recruiters at a time within applications skillsets. • Managing all recruiter activity, daily plans, strategy and delivery, and overall production of team • Lead new recruiters through learning and training. • Working directly with Account Manager’s and Recruiters to create and execute on daily plans that lead to office success. • Partner with IT Professionals in both the functional and digital skill sets to ensure that experience and career goals align with the right opportunities.Recruiting Responsibilities Include:• Developing recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through full screening processes while understanding their skills, goals, and interests. • Work with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and to assess clients’ staffing requirements. • Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive, inclusive, and diverse environment. • Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting “best practices” and providing accurate, thorough documentation on contract employees in applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools.Co lead .NET Midwest collaboration team with leading of monthly meetings. This was a team of 20 + recruiters over the Midwest - Iowa, Illinois, Nebraska, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Missouri.
