My years of experience around the world as a growth hacker exposed me to the universal problems startup ecosystems face. Challenges with talent retention, go to market education, and tech adoption all have large downstream effects.I'm now convinced that the key to addressing these issues is to build better education systems for aspiring entrepreneurs.That's why I've decided to work with RISE, where I help develop courses and programs for high school and college entrepreneurship students. I believe developing local talent into tech-driven main street entrepreneurs is an exciting and impactful way to build up my region.I also work as an Innovation Fellow and Visiting Instructor at the University of Notre Dame, where I hope to turn the tables of GTM education to the point where higher ed can be a developer of tactical innovation, rather than constantly trying to keep up.I'm excited to bring all my operating and ecosystem experience into a new career path that I hope will build a better future for my community.
