Since a young age, my passion in life has been hockey; I love everything about it. I was fortunate to be able to utilize hockey as a means to travel all over the United States, seeing the great country we live in and the people that make it great. Somewhere along the way I developed a curiosity for health and wellness; the lengths people went to in order to heal themselves fascinated me. Through the influence of introspection, life experience, employment, and numerous mentors, I realized I was called to healthcare, specifically PT. I love "light bulb" moments, the look people get when something finally clicks. I want to empower people the reach these moments in their health journey while taking control of their body. Whether it's recovering from full ACL reconstruction, a frozen shoulder, or severe concussion symptoms, I will be there cultivating a team atmosphere focused on progression. I thrive in interpersonal environments but am not afraid to engage in large, professional settings. I possess a strong "growth mentality" and I aim to inspire and teach others. I am task oriented and excel in team settings. My career defining phrase is: What can you do today, to set yourself up for success tomorrow?
