This was a multi faceted position within the field of logistics crime. I took 100+ calls a day with different questions and situations, took and managed emails with questions and situations, ran daily audits that were in excel spreadsheets that had 100’s of results every day. I caught and handled scams and acts of fraud before, during, and after they occurred some of which required investigations, some of these investigations involved working with law enforcement and other companies. I picked up and learned the field and job very quickly and was recognized for my performance with a promotion within my first year. I also caught and prevented $1,000,000+ in money loss for the company.

I was a security guard at the River Center Towers in Covington, Kentucky which were two tall office buildings on the Ohio River right across from Downton Cincinnati. I walked the interior and exterior of the buildings to make sure everything and everyone was safe and in order. I monitored and controlled the building elevators and fire panels as well as kept daily maintenance records on the buildings mechanical systems. I monitored the budlings CCTV system and was fully trained on how to operate it. I assisted with buildings drills and functions which included fire drills. And finally I helped and answered any questions for building guests/residents.

I was a delivery driver so I checked food and order quality and then made the delivery(s) in a timely but safe fashion. I also helped in the store every day and would make/take orders as well as generally help in the store. I was offered the assistant manger role at the largest store in the franchise but couldn't accept due to school obligations.

This was my first job I got at 16 years old. It was a good introduction to the working world. I did exactly what you would expect of a ride operator at an amusement park. I want to clarify that I set the position type as seasonal because that's what I officially was and the job was seasonal but when I was working during the summer I always worked 40+ hour weeks. I checked restraints and made sure everyone was safe, secured loose items, kept the ride area clean, kept up a positive demeanor when speaking with guests, and used control panels to operate the ride. My only real accomplishment was getting trained to use the main control panel for multiple different rides in the park.

I set my position as general team member because I was trained and knew how to do everything at the restaurant and filled in where help was needed. Most days I was on the line making pizza but some days I would work the registers and drive through. Some days I would be in the back kitchen making the food other than pizza on the menu. I did prep work every day and cleaned the store at night every shift before leaving which included dishes.
