My name is Logan Kingham and I graduated from East Carolina University in 2015. I am a hard worker, fast learner, and self-motivated/self-sufficient. Ever since I graduated from college, I have had customer-facing positions that allowed me to develop the skill set to efficiently manage customer's accounts. The summer after I graduated from college in 2015, I took an internship as an Outreach Coordinator for a medical massage company. My duties for this position were to reach out to local doctor's offices and plan lunch-n-learn meetings for my company's owner to educate doctors on the benefits of medical-massage. I was also responsible for creating a process to reach out to our clients to identify how we could better satisfy their experiences in our office. This role was new within the company so a lot I had a lot of freedom to shape it to how I saw it best benefited the company.After this position, I went into the Management Trainee program at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where my top focus was making sure our renters were completely satisfied with their rental car experience. I was responsible for making reservations, carefully walking the customer through the rental process, and educating them on our rental coverage packages, which added to my face to face customer interaction experience.From there I came to Corning, starting as a Customer Service Representative supporting Corning's two largest customers. I was in charge of handling any request (through CRM) dealing with wrong product shipments, lost shipments, damaged products, returns, product guidance, order status...etc. I thrived in this role for two years and then got promoted to my current position as a Sale Development Representative. My main goal in this role is to help drive revenue for the company by acquiring and obtaining new customers. I work closely with my sales representatives and log all new opportunities through Salesforce.com. I have over 4 years of experience with customer services/sales, during which I have excelled in. My time with Corning, I was trusted to work remotely and exceed my daily requirements as a CSR and SDR. I think each role I have been in over the past couple years has provided me the perfect skill set for any customer facing position, making me your ideal candidate.
