Review and apply lease agreements and governing documentation for condominium associations.Complete a full captioned report to clients which outlines the origin, risk, policy forms and limits, scope, coverage questions and other pertinent information.Complete an insurance valuation on all dwelling and commercial buildings.Negotiate scope and claim values with insureds, claimants, contractors, and public adjusters.Manage and maintain an updated file diary.Investigate subrogation and salvage on applicable claims.Retain, coordinate and communicate with vendors as needed such as engineers, building consultants, roof inspection services and mitigation companies.
