I worked very strong in this position due to exceptional people skills and ability to multi task. Delivered knowledgeable answers for routine questions and service complaints. Discussed options with customers, helping each make choices for individual needs. Provided job estimates by researching, contacting vendors and coordinating with our parts department. Worked with sales personnel to price and schedule repair needs on new and used vehicles.Prepared, completed and processed repair orders for customer pay and warranty repairs. I made it a point to try and move vehicles that are incorrectly parked out on the yard to prevent an unpleasant experience with any personnel. Inspected the body of new vehicles upon delivery from the factory. I inspect for body damage and any issues visible to the eye inside and out. If there are issues, I immediately report to our warranty department and coordinated any repairs so the truck is not held up for delivery to our customers.For 8 Months I was in charge of 4 technicians and assigning work to be completed. I also performed all body estimates through Mitchell Truck Estimator and coordinated with insurance and customers to get the work approved and in the shop.

In this position I am responsible for reporting client stats and colleague Statuses to both our Client and our company leaders. I mentor and coach colleagues to drive them to there fullest potential. I am also responsible for provided monthly 1 on 1 reviews. I monitor calls and emails and provide QA's. As a Supervisor, we also log all of the performance information in permanent trackers to tally up every month.
