Responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, striving to match them with the appropriate post-graduate program while setting them up for success in their studies.

-Management of on-the-ground recruitment efforts.-Responsible for providing custom support for current colonies and executing official chartering ceremonies.-Primary contact for potential interest groups of the Fraternity, and charged with the vetting of potential founding father candidates.

-Responsible for managing client relationships with undergraduate members, campus partners, and volunteers.-Charged with motivating undergraduate chapters, with a specific focus on newly chartered groups to provide custom solutions.-Co-Developed and executed the "Framework" program designed to fully educate and prepare newly installed colonies to build healthy traditions and help them to begin their fraternity experience.

-Responsible for executing expansion efforts of Phi Kappa Tau at participating campuses. Tasked with seeking out qualified individuals who may benefit from the Fraternity experience while also establishing connections with the faculty and staff of the campus.-Successfully started 3 colonies of Phi Kappa Tau. Recruiting a total of 131 new members over the course of three projects.-Served as project lead on 2 expansion endeavors, Appalachian State University and University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, successfully recruiting 56 and 42 members respectively.

- Responsible for recruiting a staff of 40+ Orientation Leaders, and for facilitating effective training sessions to prepare staff to welcome a record-sized incoming class of Baldwin Wallace University.- Communicated heavily with Faculty/Staff of Baldwin Wallace University to utilize the full resources of the school and develop professional relationships with all areas of the campus.-Challenged myself and peers to creatively expand the Orientation Program, developing a new advertisement campaign for Recruitment as well as developing new Training Methods to better educate students on the Mission of the Orientation Program

-Developed a dedication to positive costumer assistance, by providing useful solutions for the various questions of the RadioShack customers.-Enhanced understanding of metrics/commission based salesmanship.-Worked with individuals from many different backgrounds to learn how to serve the needs of a diverse customer base.
