In May of 2024 I graduated Point Loma Nazarene University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. My class work has grown my interest in researching public safety policies. I am part of the honors research program where I am studying the political factors that allowed Florida to pass a "red-flag" gun law in 2018 while a similar policy proposed in Texas a few months later failed. Through my time at Point Loma I have volunteer with homeless outreach, served as the Associate Student Body of PLNU's Student Senate, been the leader of the Mental and Physical Health Committee, and been the Officer of Treasury for the University concert choir. In February of 2023, I began interning for the United States Attorney’s office in San Diego, CA. Through my time with the USAO I have been exposed to numerous trials involving drug trafficking, ghost gun prosecutions, exploitation, and border enforcement related crimes. Through my internship I have received over 100+ hours of training through seminars, tours, in-person technically training, and more. My internship with the USAO has grown my interest in a career that allows me to help others and seek justice.In my free-time I enjoy producing and writing music. Over the past two years I have had the privilege to work on music with a good friend of mine, Noel Tsoukalas. I've helped her write, record and produce several records as well as played guitar for numerous live performances. Most notably we have opened for Jordy Searcy and played at a music festival in Ventura.
