- Determine the most efficient and cost-effective method of transportation to ensure timely delivery in order to best serve both our clients and carriers- Use organizational skills and logistics experience to coordinate seamless movement of freight between carriers and clients- Develop and maintain consistent relationship with current carriers to reach our load volume and margin goals, while also sourcing and contracting new carriers - Multi-task and problem solve with precise attention to detail in a fact paced environment, communicating effectively with numerous individuals throughout the process- Tasked with rate negotiation sales, tracking and tracing of loads to ensure the seamless flow of goods, materials, and information throughout the supply chain operation

- Communicate with 100+ customers per shift in a friendly manner, building customer relationships while providing information to ensure return visits- Process $10,000 worth of transactions nightly using a PoS system to account for total nightly sales- Focus on customer preferences to then recommend best-value deals and ensure customer satisfaction- Ensured a clean work environment for customers as well as fellow employees

- Conducted Standards Board’s meetings to ensure chapter rules and bylaws were being followed and enforced- Displayed leadership during Chapter and Executive Board meetings by voicing opinions and concerns on various house decisions- Mentored younger members on the importance of academics, involvement, and personal/professional development
