As a Design Release Engineer for the Exterior Accessory organization, I own the development and launch of several products in an all-new portfolio of accessories on high profile vehicle programs. In this role I served as a product manager, responsible for facilitating concepts through the vehicle lifecycle ensuring on-time deliverables and a successful portfolio launch. Lead for multi-million dollar utility wall portfolio release, involving an immense amount of cross-team collaboration as these accessories are fully designed, manufactured, and implemented internally. The knowledge and insight gained with the launch of these innovative accessories will pave the way for future products that can be manufactured internally, improving GM profitsand overall customer experience. Successfully launched 3 Cadillac variant packages, including troubleshooting supplier, validation, and safety issues.- Recognized / Implemented a low-cost solution for a safety hazard and reoccurring accessory warranty issue. Created new processes to launch low volume, cost effective parts via internal manufacturing, thus expanding our portfolio. Assisted in the development of timing plans, sourcing packages and cross-program business cases to understand potential gains for the company and their individual implementation strategies. Execute initial product designs, CAE analysis, troubleshoot fabrication issues and support purchasing via supplier relations.

As a member of the Vehicle Performance, I engaged in many projects, most specifically to Cadillac programs, that help to further the development/performance of future electric vehicles and the group’s first EV integration TRACK role. Track, manage and coordinated with the EV/AV garage to facilitate development vehicle retrofits to update SW/HW Collaborate with Battery truck execution team to gather lessons learned for future program execution strategy Assisted in program timing workshops to understand and identify possibly timing risks

In the Advanced Infotainment Program Management group, I worked across multiple product lines to ensure cross-organizational alignment on new feature rollout timing and overall health of the infotainment organization (Issues). Managed and created tools to efficiently facilitate software feature rollout timing for advanced year vehicle programs to provide alignment for Lifecycle Milestones, as well as tools to promote cross org collaboration. Managed and facilitated GM issue tracking tools and budgeting strategies, as well as represented infotainment issues in vehicle program review forms like Launch Readiness. Managed/executed the validation strategy for various vehicle programs and components as well as lead or co-lead projects to increase team efficiency and cost savings.
