Nepal

Deployed and maintained ~110 broadband seismometers to study the continental collision zone of the Himalayas on a ~800 km transect across the Himalayas [Nabelek et al., 2009, Science]. This was the largest project of its kind to date involving scientists from the USA, Germany, France, Hungary, Nepal, China, Tibet, and Taiwan.
