-Area fire warden responsible for aiding in the evacuation of building, ensuring exits are unobstructed and that individuals are not left behind. Responsible for reporting any violations of procedures and/or any issues for further investigation.-Key contributor to the implementation of the Suncor Transportation Enhancement Project for Oil Sands.-Successfully implemented and enforced Contractor Vehicle Site Access Policy, Procedure and Standard, site wide.-Planning, managing & regulating site access - Granting access to only appropriate vehicles so that operations remain safe & reliable while reducing traffic at the forefront.-Management of a very high volume workload within a deadline driven environment.-Determining if applications are compliant with Vehicle Site Access Policy and re-directing requests to the appropriate mid-level leaders if deemed acceptable to proceed.-Running of weekly Vehicle Site Access Stewardship Report.-Accumulation of data to create and distribute monthly Oilsands Leadership Team Stewardship report. (Distributed to VP, Directors and Oilsands Leadership Team members) -Continuously working with stakeholders through any process issues and resolving them collectively.

-Brought notifications in SAP up to date from backlog dating back 2006-2010. Initiated investigations and set up meetings with notification team members to evaluate where each was in process. Had all supporting documents, attachments and updates uploaded for tracking purposes while ensuring each notification was properly closed out.-Preparing & communicating of weekly agenda /setting up meeting requests & room bookings. -Running monthly reports to identify MOC’s which are the responsibility of Facilities while screening MOC’s which are improperly submitted or belonging to other planner groups.-Chairing Weekly MOC CFT Meeting – Tabling MOC’s according to priority and Risk Rank.-Use of business knowledge skills to evaluate and mitigate deviations from MOC business process.-Resolving MOC submission and structure issues in collaboration with MOC originators.-Updating MOC’s in SAP ensuring they are properly communicated, evaluated, approved, planned, implemented and closed out. Recognizing deviations and implementing remedial actions as required.- Running Weekly Incident Learning Prevention/Action Management reports for Reliability, Maintenance Support Services, Planning & Projects & Facilities Management highlighting upcoming tasks to ensure they are completed in timely manner.-Continuing to further develop the MOC process to clarify life cycle and continuing to improve process to be more efficient.
