I manage and direct all aspects of project estimating, onsite construction managers, in house laborers, all subcontractors and vendors for JR Construction Solutions. I procure new clients, review all estimates, manage all projects, compose contracts, coordinate subcontractors, scheduling, and see all JR projects to completion. At JR Construction we do around 800-1000 commercial and residential projects a year which can range from $500-$2,000,000.

As a Construction crew foreman i oversaw the daily crews for each project. I was a onsite working foreman running equipment for drainage, landscaping, pools, and irrigation installs. I managed from 5-10 people daily to complete multiple jobs weekly on time and under budget to customer satisfaction. Smith and Baker is a Landscape Architecture design and build firm that their projects scope of work ranged from basic landscape installs to complete outdoor space renovations which included pools, structures, drainage, irrigation, and landscape installs.

I spent 4 months onsite project management and 4 months office project management and estimating with Cajun Industrial design and construction. This was during my time at LSU in the construction management program.
