Directly impacting the growth of shrimp and Atlantic salmon by commercializing new products and scrutinizing the business to determine areas for growth. Engaging and mobilizing and cross functional partners to commercialize over 25 new retail and food service products in 2020. Monitor business closely by ensuring projects will have a successful launch by analyzing the process from production through forecasting. Work closely with sales to ensure assets are providing the most important and up-to-date information for both retail and food service sales teams.

-Working with all aspects of the business from procurement of raw materials to the point of sale, ensuring the best customer experience on all levels. -Working with accounts including: Food service, Corporate Accounts, National Accounts, Retail, Military, Child Nutrition.-Creating specs for suppliers, based off of capabilities shown.-Overseeing production of both the Raw Material, and Finished Good.-Creating specs for our plants.-Guiding customer expectation to be reflective of our spec, and ultimately ensuring there is alignment so that all expectations are met. -Working along side our plants to have controls in place that will lead to correctly evaluated run rates while maintaining a level of quality that surpasses our competitors. -Going with sales to provide technical support.
