Currently working as a Dispatcher at Cambus in Iowa City, I effectively manage public transit operations, ensuring the efficient execution of routes and resolving inquiries related to our services. My role has evolved from being a paratransit driver to overseeing dispatch operations, demonstrating my ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic environments.Prior to my current position, I worked as an AV Technician at the Iowa Memorial Union, where I was responsible for the setup and operation of audio/visual equipment for various events. My proactive communication and teamwork skills were key in ensuring successful event execution and high customer satisfaction.I am pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science at the University of Iowa, with a strong foundation in problem-solving and technical skills.
