I’m a Sergeant (SGT), looking to expand my work experience outside the service and into Law Enforcement. During my time at the DOD, I went from Private (E-1) to SGT (E-5) in only 2 years. As such I’ve been placed in many first line leadership positions and roles which have taken advantage of skills and abilities I’ve refined and developed in 2 years. I have over 3 years of experience doing administration tasks and developing soldiers with education of military strategy and weapons. I have an extensive knowledge of small team and unit tactics. One of the chief functions I’ve learned is being able to perform in high stress situations and able to lead a team to accomplish the mission goals and objectives without failure.
