I am a driven and enthusiastic 4th-year Computer Science student at the School of Engineering at the University of Virginia (UVA), with a deep passion for machine learning and natural language processing (NLP). My academic journey is complemented by hands-on experience in a Natural Language Processing Lab at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), where I delve into advanced NLP algorithms and machine learning models.My current research involves developing and implementing machine learning models for various NLP tasks such as named entity recognition and relation extraction. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, I design experiments, analyze results, and prepare meaningful representations of results and purpose. This role has honed my skills in Python, TensorFlow, and NLTK, and keeps me abreast of the latest advancements in the field.In addition to my academic and research pursuits, I serve as a Lead Pharmacy Technician at CVS, where I demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills. This role has enhanced my ability to manage responsibilities efficiently and work effectively under pressure.I am a dual-enrolled student, on track to graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Spring 2025 and a Master's degree in Fall 2025.
