- Act as an Office Manager and maintain area needs - Work with RAs that have questions/concerns/issues and recommend a solution to RAs/ACs - Serve as intermediary for: Training needs & follow Up, Programming/marketing needs and direction, RA position/personal concerns - Perform two administrative hours every week in an office setting- Collaborate with senior staff to host one major program each semester incorporating the help of both area staffs. - Will act as a lead on Area Staff if AC needs follow up - Ensure Marketing materials are done properly & timely- Assist in leading at least one staff meeting a month for their area- In collaboration with the ACs, form an appreciation committee and provide appreciation opportunities for student staff - Work to build collaboration between RAs across areas - Serve as a representative to the Food Service Committee

- Create and Design research plan- Conduct research in the laboratory under supervision, adhering to professional conduct and safety protocols.- Maintain a detailed research laboratory notebook.- Collaborate with supervisor and team of researchers- Attend an American Chemical Society (ACS) conference, presenting a scientific poster or talk.- Perform additional duties as assigned by the research supervisor.

- Know the University and Campus Living missions, goals, and learning objectives and be supportive of such.- Collaborate with residents, faculty, staff, and the local community to develop and implement quality educational and social programming for students.- Assist in the opening and closing of TLU housing at the beginning and end of each semester, as well as any period designated by the Campus Living Office. Assist with resident check-in/out processes as needed during the year.- Maintain scheduled duty time within area.- Assist in critical incidents/resident interventions and communicate all pertinent information as appropriate.- Maintain confidentiality of student records, personnel matters, disciplinary matters, administrative assignments, budgets, and other sensitive information.- Monitor facilities of the assigned and report problems to appropriate personnel.- Coordinate and plan events for students that focus on social and educational objectives.- Completing weekly/bi-weekly status reports- Conduct health & safety inspections- Utilize material and fiscal resources in a responsible and prudent manner.- Attend all scheduled meetings including:• Meetings with Campus Living Professional staff• Meetings with your collateral and Area staff• RA staff/retreat meetings and training sessions• Leadership Team meetings/retreats

- Perform and execute experimental design - Carry out data analysis including ICP-OES and IR Spectroscopy - Maintain a clean and operation lab environment - Present data in a professional environment- Properly maintain a lab journal documenting research procedures

– Provide technical support to university faculty/staff and students – fulfill technical support tickets – Maintain normal operations at helpdesk – Provide service to guests
