I have years of experience working with people on a daily basis. I have worked in B2C and B2B for several years now, which has taught me how to interact with all kinds of customers. Some of my skills include understanding a customers needs, having a strong customer first mentality and maintaining high integrity standards. Leading a sales organization has taught me how lead from the front, lead with passion and empathy. It has helped me most in understanding that everyone’s motivations and goals may be different and how I can help my team them be their best. My goal is to become part of a team that works together to exceed client and company goals while also giving them the best experience possible.
