I have spent most of my current civilian professional career developing automated assembly processes for interior/exterior plastic automotive parts. I handle multiple processes and programs simultaneously, under minimal supervision. I coordinate efforts with a team of interdisciplinary groups of engineers to complete processes within the designated timeline. I work well with others and believe that communication is key to the successful development and implementation of any new process. In my military career, I was a Psychological operations Staff Sergeant within the U.S. Army. This role can be viewed as a management position. I served in the Army for nine years and have a good amount of experience training soldiers as well as mastering my own physical, soldiering, and PSYOP responsibilities. In my personal life I enjoy many hobbies to include: working on cars, designing and building robots using my 3d printer and Arduino, hiking, going to the gym, shooting, wargaming, and playing with my German Shepherd.
