For the Q4 season and filling in for a Maternity Leave leader I will be overseeing four departments. Taking red departments to turn them over to a green running department. This will be another of many areas that I have been placed to turn around and get in running order.

Taking over a department that was struggling to meet the Target Brand. With this position over a team of 20 team members we are responsible for all drive up and pick up orders being picked and guest ready in an hour and 30 minutes or less. Our daily units during our normal day is 2000 to 2600 units for these orders. Further during the day we are responsible for 1,000 or more units to be shipped out during our normal months. We pick the items and pack these items as well.

During this time I was overlooking the overnight remodel of our store. Helping hold contractors to Target Brand and also having a team overnight moving and relocating portions of the store to keep the project on time. During this time we struggled with staffing issues and multiple construction delays do to shipping of fixtures. We were able to still turn over the store on time except for the remaining construction items that needed to be addressed.

During this time I also was over the deli and Bakery departments turning these to positive comps as well. I was a waiter and was a key holder as well for the restaurant. I was responsible for the entire restaurant while the owners were out of the building . I would take care of bank deposits as well as safe count. I also would ensure the cooks were on task each night and helping with the ordering for the company. The restaurant closed due to struggling to survive in a small town.
