I've worked in Business Operations and Data Analysis in the home warranty industry, processing files of mass mail in customer enrollments, communicating and meeting with mail vendors in order to minimize errors and improve processes on both ends, be that through tweaking and adding details to spreadsheets or communicating with other teams solve more complex issues. As the subject matter expert for mail-in enrollment processing, a great amount of my resources and efforts were spent working process improvement plans, performance and dunning reports, and organizing meetings and deadlines.Prior to working in Business Operations, I held duties more tied into phone and physical customer service, such as inbound sales, handling escalations, processing OTP one time payments and other such tasks. I was quickly moved up while working with HomeServe USA, promoting interdepartmentally four times within three and a half years. Communication amongst varying teams and skill sets was instrumental to my successes I had in my time at HomeServe, as I allowed for us to break down issues from start to finish usually within one to two customer phone calls.

Before working with in home warranty solutions, I held a parts department management position with Ag-Pro Companies. Daily tasks included arranging and keeping quantities observed with inventory, building and processing stock orders based on customer demands, creating and managing purchase orders to other vendors, counting the daily cash till and making bank deposits, and working the counter to alleviate customer wait times. I started with Ag-Pro in August of 2017 as a parts associate, but took on my role within just a few months of my time there.
