As a Program Manager at St. Vincent de Paul Society of Kingston, I oversee the daily operations and service delivery of the organization, ensuring quality and efficiency. I work with a diverse team of staff and volunteers, providing them with guidance, support, and training. I also collaborate with community partners, building relationships and advocating for the needs and rights of our clients.I have a strong background in child and youth care, having completed an Advanced Diploma in this field from St. Lawrence College in 2018. I graduated with a Certificate in Criminal Psychology and Behaviour from the same institution, enhancing my knowledge and skills in working with vulnerable and at-risk populations. I am passionate about my work, and I use my creativity and problem-solving skills to find innovative and effective solutions for complex challenges.
