I am a person who has faced adversity time and time again. I always face my challenges and struggles head on and become a stronger person because of it. I am not afraid of challenges. I see them as opportunities to improve. Every challenge is a step to a success. My philosophy is nothing great comes without struggle. So you can only fail if you give up.I plan to start my own welding company after I graduate. I have two years of welding education. I want to learn from others on how the best way to start a business. I want to learn how to start from the bottom and work to the top. Any information can be used as a tool to reach my goals of creating a successful company. I will not give up until I reach my goal. The only way I will fail to reach my goals is if I give up.
